Formula 1 returns this Sunday for the Hungarian Grand Prix, held on the Hungaroring circuit, near Budapest.
The race will start at 3:00 PM, local time. For French and Belgian viewers, the start is scheduled for 3:00 PM, as both countries are in the same time zone as Hungary at this time of year.
The race will be contested over 70 laps, with Lando Norris in pole position after his brilliant qualifying session.
A modified grid before the start
However, the starting grid has been reshuffled after qualifying.
Lewis Hamilton received a three-place penalty for impeding Oscar Piastri in Q3, while Kimi Antonelli was also penalized three places for not slowing down enough under yellow flags.

The provisional starting order is therefore as follows:

- Oscar Piastri (McLaren)

A highly anticipated Grand Prix
This eleventh round of the season promises a close fight between McLaren, Ferrari, Red Bull, and Mercedes.
Thanks to his pole position, Norris will try to convert his excellent Saturday into a victory, but he will have to resist the pressure from Charles Leclerc from the first corner, while Piastri and Verstappen will start right behind.
The 2026 Hungarian Grand Prix will therefore start at 3:00 PM (French and Belgian time) on the Hungaroring.
