After fueling rumors that they were about to move in together, after being spotted during a furniture shopping session in Los Angeles, sources confirm to heat magazine that the duo is in the process of buying a love nest where they can enjoy “sexy” moments without any distractions.
“Kim and Lewis want a place just for themselves, somewhere they can go without risking Kim’s kids showing up unexpectedly,” a source tells heat.

“Most couples would just book a weekend together, but with their level of fame, every time they go to a hotel, they have to do a full security sweep. It’s like a presidential visit. It’s much simpler to have their own private retreat. They’ve looked at properties in Malibu, Beverly Hills, and Santa Barbara.”
The source continues: “Things have gotten really serious between them. Kim made a big effort not to seem too forward – she let Lewis seduce her – she knows he’s competitive and loves the thrill of the chase, and it worked perfectly.”
Kim, 45, and Lewis, 41, sparked the first romance rumors in January when they were seen together at Kate Hudson‘s New Year’s party. Then in February, they were spotted arriving at Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds for a secret countryside getaway.
Between Tokyo and California
Speculation intensified when Lewis was spotted in Japan with Kim’s son, Saint, 10. Then, in early April, the couple unofficially confirmed their relationship on Instagram, with the Formula 1 star sharing photos of Kim during a trip to Tokyo. They were also seen very much in love at Coachella, a music festival in California, and more recently at the MET Gala in New York.
Another source, equally anonymous, explains: “They have enjoyed many romantic getaways in Los Angeles and elsewhere. They book the most luxurious suite they can find and isolate themselves for intimate moments, which Kim really likes because she loves the excitement.”

“They are both ready to take the next step, and buying a house makes perfect sense, as it’s kind of a rehearsal before marriage. They need a place where they can be themselves without distraction.”
The same source adds: “Kim has Lewis in her pocket, he even said he was going to marry her. She’s very excited, but she tries to keep it to herself, so she laughs when he talks about marriage. But it’s no secret that she thinks he’s the one.”
Family unit
Kim and Lewis have known each other for some time. They first met in 2015 when they were photographed together at the “GQ Men of the Year Awards” alongside their then-partners, Kanye West and Nicole Scherzinger. Lewis has long been part of the Kardashian inner circle, having formed a friendship with the “momager” Kris Jenner, who was seen supporting him in Monaco in 2018 and 2019.
We are told: “Lewis fully enjoys the Kardashian bubble. He loves how everything goes. The whole family supports the relationship. They told Kim how great it is that she found someone she’s so compatible with. Kris is eager to bring Lewis onto the TV show, and he’s on board, so that’s another big point in his favor.”
The source concludes: “Lewis is eager to show his commitment by moving in with Kim in Los Angeles. They are looking at houses together and hope to find something fairly quickly. They are crazy about each other.”
Too good to be true?
The couple’s use of the photography agency Backgrid would suggest that the photos showing them “dating” are actually staged (photo above). This company has previously been associated with posed and paid photos of other celebrities, including Prince Harry and Meghan Markle during their time in California.
The media adds that internal sources have revealed that, at a minimum, the couple has the final say on the photos published. This would likely include shots supposedly taken candidly by paparazzi, fueling speculation that the relationship is partly orchestrated. To be continued…
